SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT AT OUR OFFICE
Please remember to bring:
1. Non-expired photo ID
Driver’s license, passport, military ID, etc.
For a full list of IDs we can accept, click here.
(2.) Proof of most recent divorce, death certificate, or annulment
If it's been over 2 years, we just need the EXACT date the last marriage ended.
(3.) Photo of birth certificates
Optional, but helpful for legal paperwork like green card applications.
Please note:
$50 surcharge for Sundays, public holidays, and arrivals after 6pm.
$20 extra per person for groups over 15 (including children).
No pets, please.
